Notice for Candidate

If you have a complaint regarding the conduct of the test you then need to complete the Complaint Form. In case the Complaint Form cannot be used (due to insufficient space for the complaint in the hard copy of the Form, poor English language proficiency or any other reasonable excuse) then you will need to submit your complaint electronically to info1@ielts.kz .

Complaint is not accepted after the Test results have been issued.

Candidate’s test results cannot be released until the issue has been resolved.

Complaint Form is available at Test Supervisor during the day of your Speaking and main test. You can also contact Centre Administrator –+7 707 364 92 01 (WhatsApp is available), exams@examskz.com.

Complaint feedback time may vary depending on the type of complaint. You will be in touch by the Administrator as soon as practicably possible. Please remember your test results cannot be released until the issue has been resolved.
